Music
Notation:
A1 1-4 | Partner back-to-back (right shoulder) |
A1 5-8 | Partner right-hand turn 1½ (end facing same partner) |
A2 1-4 | Clap hands, first your own, then one of each others (suggested: clap your OWN hands together, clap RIGHT with your partner, clap your OWN hands together, clap LEFT with your partner, clap your OWN hands together, clap LEFT with your partner, clap your OWN hands together, clap RIGHT with your partner |
A2 5-8 | Walk out to the wall, then back again (lead this partner up a double and back, 1st time, out and back subsequent times, end facing next partner) |
Note |
This dance is single minor. The first iteration is by the top couple, who end changed over and facing the next person on the other side (M1+W2/W1+M2). The dance progresses in this way until everyone is back where thet started. Just as duple minor dances can be modernised to start with everyone active, single minor dances can be converted into a circle, with your partner improper. |
